Park Sense UK uses personal information to respond to enquiries and arrange mobile parking sensor installations. For questions or requests about your information, email parksenseuk@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Our enquiry form collects your name, mobile number, email address, postcode, vehicle registration, requested service, preferred days and any optional message you provide. Please do not include payment details or sensitive information in your message.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, assess vehicle and location suitability, arrange your installation and manage customer communication. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and installation information to perform our agreement. We may retain records where necessary for legal obligations or our legitimate interests in handling questions, complaints and protecting our business.

Who handles your information

We do not sell customer data. Our website hosting provider processes technical information needed to serve and protect this website. FormSubmit processes your form submission and delivers it to our Gmail inbox. Google processes the email and may provide the form service’s security check. Providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, arrange and support an installation, and meet relevant record-keeping or legal needs. We review information and remove it when no longer required. FormSubmit states that it retains submission archives for 30 days; this is separate from messages in our inbox.

The website submits enquiries using HTTPS. Access to customer communications should be limited to those who need them to manage your enquiry or installation.

Cookies and technical information

This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. The external form service and its security checks may use cookies and technical data to prevent spam and process submissions.

Your rights
